Terms of Service — Math Speed Booster

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Math Speed Booster (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial practice. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or attempt to bypass its free-tier limits or paid features.

Free features and Pro

The app includes free practice with daily limits and a selection of topics. Math Speed Booster Pro unlocks unlimited speed tests, all difficulties and sub-skills, the full stats dashboard, the complete mistake bank, and other premium features described on the paywall.

Free trial

If a free trial is offered for the yearly plan and you are eligible, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid yearly subscription at the price shown. You can cancel anytime during the trial in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free-trial eligibility is determined by Apple.

Billing and auto-renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Profile → Manage Subscription, or in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription.

Lifetime purchase

The lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not auto-renew. It is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on a new or reinstalled device using “Restore Purchases.”

Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use “Restore Purchases” (available in Profile and on the paywall) while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original purchase to restore your Pro access at no additional charge.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. We are not able to issue refunds directly. You can request a refund through Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users’ enjoyment of it.

Intellectual property

The app, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Educational purpose and disclaimers

The app is provided for educational and practice purposes. While we aim to help you improve, we do not guarantee specific results, scores, or outcomes. The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

We may update the app and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “Last updated” date.
